House

Mar 1st - Mar 8th. This house was wonderful. My wife and I were renewing our vows and had 16 family members come to celebrate it with us. The home was perfect in the amount of beds for my crazy family. The main level is huge and provides a lot of places for people to sit around and talk. When people want their privacy, there are tons of areas to escape to. There are 2 over-powered cooktops that you need to keep your eye on because they cook your food extremely fast at the low setting, which was a wonderful when feeding so many people. The theater room was constantly in use while the pool table and foosball table were a huge hit. There was one inconsistancy with the picture of the master bedroom. It appears that the jacuzzi was located right outside the room on the deck but they have since moved it outside near the pool area, so it wasn't utilized that much. The house has a convenient elevator, and for us older people, it was wonderful. Although my Gen Z son joked that "he could walk to the top of highest building in the world, before the elevator went from the top floor to the bottom floor", I laughed at him to take the stairs. I checked in on Sunday and left my son and brother at the home while I spent the night locally at my house to pack up all our stuff. When we came in the next day, we found that there was no hot water. Although for us at the time it was a minor inconvenience, when we reported it, they had a plumbing team out there within 1-2 hours. They fixed the issue and we had no further issues. Our Wedding Vow Renewal went off without a hitch, and everyone had a fantastic time. Not sure what was going on at the beach, but I was informed by family member that walked the beach that there were dead fish that had been washed up on shore. I think this is a reoccuring thing at certain times of the year because the city was out there every morning sweeping them up. If you have a large family and want to stay at a humongous house right on the beach at an affordable price, this is your place.
